Travel & Hotel
The Fraternity will issue full refunds to all attendees for all fees paid to ZTA and communicate details on refunds directly to those sisters.
Members who made hotel reservations or booked travel themselves are personally responsible for canceling those reservations.
If you made a hotel reservation at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis, please work with Marriott International to cancel it. Marriott hotels have adjusted local staffing drastically during this time, therefore you should contact the Global Reservations team for assistance. You can contact them at (888) 236-2427 and reference the Atlanta Marriott Marquis and ZTA International Convention 2020.
If you booked reservations at a different hotel, you are responsible for contacting that hotel to inquire about change/cancellation policies.
If you booked your own travel, you are responsible for contacting the airline or travel platform through which you booked your flight to inquire about its change and/or cancellation policies. Many airlines are currently waiving change fees or adapting to the current COVID-19 situation.
If International Office was going to book your travel, you do not need to take any action.
