Friday, Friday, Gotta #ThinkPink® on Friday
The weekend is so close you can almost taste it, and the penultimate day of ZTA’s Sisterhood Celebration is upon us. Service & Philanthropy is one of our Nine Key Values, and the role it plays in our sisterhood and in our communities is immeasurable.
Today, we’re going to take some time to recognize our partners and celebrate a portion of what the ZTA Foundation funds.
Our National Partners
ZTA partners with American Cancer Society®, the National Football League and Bright Pink® to further breast cancer education and awareness. If you’ve ever helped at a survivor recognition tent at a Making Strides Against Breast Cancer® walk, handed out a pink ribbon at an NFL game or shared the Assess Your Risk® tool, you’ve experienced that partnership firsthand. We're proud to Think Pink with these groups to lead the way in raising awareness about breast cancer, recognizing survivors and educating our communities about early detection.
To learn more about our philanthropy and national partners, check out this blog! Plus, look out for a new initiative from Bright Pink below!
We're partnering with Bright Pink to launching a new initiative to promote early detection of breast cancer. Watch the video below to find out more from Bright Pink founder Lindsay Avner!

What’s Happening Today
Thanks to individual and chapter donations and fundraising, the ZTA Foundation is able to fund everything from the beautiful Historical and Educational Center at International Officer to scholarships to educational and leadership programming.
Today at 2:00 p.m. EDT on Facebook is your chance to get a look inside the HEC, hear thank-you’s from scholarship recipients, watch a special announcement about funding for this academic year and learn about the Founders Club honorees. Individuals or chapters that donate $10,000 to the Foundation during the biennium receive this recognition.
Official Delegates of chapters that are members of the Fraternity Housing Corporation will attend the FHC Business Meeting webinar at 6:00 p.m. EDT.
Join us again on Facebook at 7:00 p.m. EDT this evening, as ZTA Foundation President Carolyn Carpenter sits down with the 2020 Outstanding Alumna, United States Air Force Colonel Leslie Stufft Knight MD.
