#WellnessWed—Um, Thursday

In order to be there for our sisters, we have to take care of ourselves, too, which is why wellness should be a priority and a habit! To make up for all the time you (and we) are spending at the computer, try implementing an easy workout routine, like the one Mentor Katie Wilkes shows in this Maud Talk!

Staying healthy certainly includes exercise and making healthy eating choices, but it’s important to remember the mental and emotional aspects of wellness also. Fill your bucket with some gratitude journaling or watching the sunset. Check out what District President IV-A Becca Rampe, who works in the Counseling Center at The University of North Carolina Wilmington, has to share about maintaining mental health.

Listening to music is a good pick-me-up for any time of day, so we put together this playlist of our favorite feel-good songs.
