Registration for ZTA Convention 2022 is closed. If you have any questions about your existing registration, please email registration@zetataualpha.org.
No, we will not accept onsite registrations, as we must take additional health and safety precautions to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all. We cannot prohibit you from visiting the beautiful Gaylord, but you will need a Convention name tag and lanyard to gain entrance to all ZTA Convention sessions, meals, rooms, etc.
A collegian cannot leave the hotel property without notifying their Collegiate National Officer, who will contact ZTA Staff. All other attendees should communicate with their supervising National Officer if they need to leave the property or the event so that ZTA can account for all attendees.

No. Upon arrival at Convention, anyone who did not upload proof of one of the above options will have to provide one of those options on-site.
During registration, all attendees agreed to the ZTA Event Policies, which state that Zeta Tau Alpha will not accept changes or refund cancellations after June 1, 2022. Registrants also agreed to the policy that attendees of Convention 2022 voluntarily assume the risk of exposure to COVID-19 during the event or during travel and acknowledge that such exposure or infection is not the responsibility of Zeta Tau Alpha.
If you did not do so during the registration process, contact registration@zetataualpha.org as soon as possible. We will not be able to accommodate last-minute meal requests on site.
Attendees were prompted to request any ADA accommodations during the registration process. If you did not include this or if you now need ADA accommodations, please contact registration@zetataualpha.org as soon as possible.
No more rooms will become available in the ZTA room block.
ZTA was allotted a certain number of king and queen/queen rooms within our event contract. Those have been made available in the room block and cannot be adjusted.
Convention is a chance for collegians and alumnae to come together to conduct Fraternity business, recognize achievements, and learn about new programs and initiatives. Any Zeta is welcome at Convention, as are vendors and guests. Each collegiate chapter sends an Official Delegate, and many send more than one member. Alumnae attend as alumnae chapter Official Delegates, National Officers, committee members and more! Check out the Who Attends page to learn more.
For the most part, you'll wear business attire at Convention. On Friday, we’ll celebrate our philanthropy by wearing pink business attire. There are also special occasions during Convention that call for dressier attire, like the Recognition Banquet. We'll also conduct ritual services at Convention, so ritual attire is a must.
